Hello to everyone who loves our precious Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

It is a delight to know that you are browsing our brand new church website. You probably would like to know who I am. I am the Deaf pastor of New Life Deaf Community Church (NLDCC) in Lombard, IL (20 miles west of Chicago). I have been a pastor for about twenty-seven years and ministered in six different Deaf churches.

Let me tell you a little biography about myself. I was born in Finland and my family moved to Oregon in late 1951. I attended Oregon School for the Deaf (1954-1970) and graduated from Gallaudet University with a B.A. in history in 1975. I met my future wife, Ramona at Temple Deaf College in Kansas City, MO. We were married in 1977 and have been married for thirty years. We now have three adult daughters. Two of them are married, I am now grandfather of two grandsons.
